Red Bison Home offers nationwide shipping on eligible products. Shipping method, cost, and delivery timing vary based on the product, destination, availability, and the level of service required.

Small Items and Parcel Shipping

Smaller décor, gifts, and accessories may ship by parcel carrier when available. Applicable shipping options and charges are shown during checkout or confirmed with you before fulfillment.

Furniture, Rugs, and Oversized Items

Furniture, large rugs, and oversized or fragile pieces may require freight or specialized delivery. Delivery cost and timing depend on the item, destination, access conditions, and requested service level. If a final delivery charge or special arrangement is required, Red Bison Home will contact you before fulfillment.

Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for identifying access considerations such as stairs, elevators, gates, narrow entries, restricted delivery hours, or remote locations. Additional services or access requirements may affect the final delivery cost.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for eligible items by prior arrangement. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before traveling to pick it up.

In-Stock, Custom, and Made-to-Order Products

Availability and fulfillment timing vary by product. Any custom, made-to-order, backordered, or special-order terms shown on the product page or confirmed in writing will apply to that order.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your shipment promptly when it arrives. If an item appears damaged, retain all packaging and contact Red Bison Home as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue and advise on next steps.
